What You Need to Know
Service Agreement
All services provided by Neerways Overseas are subject to a confirmed booking. A service agreement is considered active once the customer provides written or digital consent and the advance payment is received.
Payment Policy
A minimum advance of 30% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared before goods are unloaded at the destination. We accept UPI, NEFT, RTGS, and card payments.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 72 hours before the move date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 25% deduction. No-shows on move day are non-refundable.
Liability & Insurance
Neerways Overseas provides transit insurance on request. Our liability for damage is limited to the declared value at booking. Customers are advised to declare high-value items separately before the move begins.
Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials, inflammable substances, illegal goods, perishables, live plants, or pets. Customers must declare all special items at the time of booking. Undisclosed items may be refused without refund.
Delay & Force Majeure
Neerways Overseas shall not be held liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, road blockages, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will notify customers promptly in all such cases.
Privacy & Data
Personal information collected at booking is used exclusively for service delivery. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties. All data is stored securely and protected under applicable Indian data protection laws.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in New Delhi jurisdiction.
Amendment Rights
Neerways Overseas reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS. Continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
Customer Responsibilities
A successful move is a shared responsibility. We handle the logistics — here's what we need from you to make it seamless and hassle-free.
Accurate Information
Provide correct pickup and delivery addresses, contact numbers, and item inventory at the time of booking.
Item Declaration
Declare all fragile, antique, or high-value items before packing begins so we can handle them with appropriate care.
Availability on Move Day
Ensure yourself or an authorised representative is present at both pickup and delivery locations during the move.
Timely Payment
Clear all outstanding dues before delivery. Delays in payment may result in goods being held at the destination warehouse.
No Prohibited Goods
Do not include hazardous, illegal, or restricted items in shipment. Customers bear full liability for undisclosed prohibited goods.
Access & Parking
Ensure adequate vehicle access and parking space at both locations. Additional charges may apply for difficult-access buildings.
Limitation of Liability
Understanding the boundaries of our liability helps both parties plan and protect themselves better.
Declared Value
Our maximum liability is limited to the declared value of goods at booking. Undeclared items carry no coverage.
No Consequential Loss
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost income, business disruption, or emotional distress.
Acts of Nature
Damage caused by floods, earthquakes, storms, or other natural events beyond our control is excluded from our liability.
Claim Window
All damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Late claims will not be entertained.
Governing Law
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi. We encourage resolution through dialogue before any legal action.

Contact our grievance team directly. Most disputes are resolved within 7 working days through direct communication.
Step 2 — Mediation
If unresolved in 15 days, both parties agree to voluntary mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before escalating further.
Step 3 — Arbitration
Unresolved matters are referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Award is final and binding.
Step 4 — Court of Law
If arbitration fails, either party may approach courts in New Delhi. Indian law and Consumer Protection Act, 2019 apply.
